Now, that is a press release Well, somebody been working hard on all of these deals.
Since October, Offerpad properties have shown up on the gallery section of UI's website. According to my count, Offerpad represent approximately 20% of all residential tours posted. Offerpad is headquartered in Arizona and operates in the following states Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. So far, the only tours that I have seen have been located in Arizona. The growth potential from this one client is enormous.
The other worthwhile announcement is the deal with Alimentation Couche-Tard. If Couche-Tard mandates UI to create a digital tour of all 14,200 stores, well UI investors will be very happy.
NAI deal also offers lots of potential.
Plus four other deals and three more acquisitions.
This announcement might catch Matterport's attention.
I need to start working on new revenue projections.
What is missing in the press release is the preliminary figures for the fourth quarters.
