On the sidelines myself (never decided to purchase but on the watchlist). The infrastructure news is good in the mid-term orders can have multi-year schedules.

From my reading of the press release NFI is issuing convertible shares and equity to pay of some of their credit facility, which will have several restrictive covenants modified.
