I fell into category 2.
My target price of $18.50 CAD was achieved less one cent so I sold all my shares (2500) at 18.49.

I know I would likely gain more based on the trading ratio and gold price and therefore NMC stock price is likely to rise and not fall in the coming few months but as I was at this position now a second time I just think it prudent to exit now and watch. Got about a 50% profit so not bad .

If for some reason the PVG price were to drop but the deal still not in danger I might get back in because $18.50 cash is pretty well a guaranteed bottom otherwise.
