The picture has been framed and painted.  Vivo will be profitable when this Quarter is complete next month.  There will also be significant revenue increases. 

Will the stock price go up now with this obvious information from the Q3 report or to we have to wait for the Q4 report, that's the question.

I think VIVO will start to rise today.
