In theory, if the competitor were to find out their client was leaving to VENZ they could come up with creative ways to keep them - or something similar. New clients are likely comparing VENZ to their current software at the same time which could also pose some confidentiality issues.
Total connectors have been updated quarterly in the past, or in the case of larger bulk orders, through a news release.
