They are not diluting. They have a long history of issuing shares to buy strategic, accretive acquisitions. Look at the 5 year chart and you'll see an up and to the right share price, on average, over that time. In fact 5 years ago, adjusted for the consolidation, the price was about $2.70/share, so a ten fold increase over 5 years. Did you still want to question management's wisdom? GLTA
