Hidden Value will soon be recognized. Nuvista in the POU November presentation is valued at $5.14 and is now trading at a daily high of $7.71.
In fact NVA just hit it 52 it high water mark for the year, esentially worth about 100 million more then stated in the presentaiton or the value of NVA that is represented on the balance sheet. NVA represents roughly 300 million dollars or about $2.15 for every POU share for you see on the balance sheet.
NVA is not keeping production flat but is agressively increasing production to 65000-68000 boe of produciton next year, over a 30% production lift.
At least 30% CF lift, and the net debt issue goes away. Next year their debt to CF will be less than 1.0 and their balance sheet looks pretty good.
Taking to 300 million dollars off of POU debt just with respect to NVA share, means POU really has nothing to fix, and is in a position to return truck loads of cash to the shareholders.
POU solid produciton base with Karr and Wapiti, and real activity picking up in the Duvernay, POU will become a cash machine in an energy industry that is proving to be a necessity to the country.
IMHO
