Anita, to me it's perfectly ambiguous, so little can be gleaned from it either way. What I do like however is that they want to maximize shareholder value.

CEO Campbell is always seeking aquisitions, it's part of his growth strategy. This statement reads differently than seeking aquisitions, it reads to me like they are looking for a buyer for XX.
