Based on that video clip I actually think Biden would ban WTI exports, as it would raise fuel prices and absolutely crush US shale and hurt Canadian producers. Considering the two options (excluding a third whereby he does nothing), it's going to be interesting which strategy he chooses. I think if he taps into the SPR, then it's a sign the old boys are still calling the shots. If on the other hand he limits exports, then it's the squad. Funny how lately we hear very little in the media about nutbar AOC and her crew.
