RE:DefenceI don't deal that much with TD (I've been accused of being penny wise pound foolish) but if the rest of the Canadian banks are anything like 2 other banks I'm dealing with, then my conclusion is that the TD waterhouse customer service (and trading platform) is unparalleled in Canada - 2nd to none.  And if the rest of TD is managed in the same manner, then the share price premium is probably well deserved (don't own any shares atm). YMMV.
