RE:RE:All the momentum has evaporatedI think most of us here thought we were headed to $5.00 not $4.00.

So much for the big announcement. The new debentures, rising interest rates, and the dividend of 2 cents a month starting in March is sinking in and it appears it's not good enough for the risk involved with owning a hotel reit in an ongoing very unpredictable pandemic.

Management are probably looking at the share price and a low payout ratio as great vallue but the low forward yield at around 5% may keep many investors on the side lines.
