Datametrex AI Completes Sale of Concierge Medical Consultants

12:52 PM EST, 11/16/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Datametrex AI Ltd. (DM.V) said Tuesday that it has completed the sale of Concierge Medical Consultants Inc. to ScreenPro Security Inc.

The technology-focused company's stock remained unchanged on last look on Tuesday.

Under the deal, the company received 36 million common shares of ScreenPro at a deemed price of $0.05 a piece for $1.8 million.

Concierge is a medical concierge services company.
