I backed up the truck almost 2 years ago now and am really happy.... GLTA

This will have to be a hold for ever Reit for me, there is no way I want to trigger a 40% plus cap gain... Good problem to have.... I know, mind you all my industrial reits are up that much ... DIR.UN and GRT.UN a bit more than 50%... been a great year for industrials and apartments .... Cheers
