$NOW Update

$NOW $NOW.v looking like a solid buy after they upsized the pricing of their overnight public offering for a minimum gross proceeds of $5M, max of $9M.

Net proceeds will be used to/for

- Increase its sales and marketing team

- Increase finance and operations team

- Product development

- Etc.

I’ve noticed a solid amount of hype behind $NOW and there is a clear reason as to why,

- Massive market opp- 450B+ in 5 Yrs

- Large blue chip customers doing transformative stuff w/ $NOW tech today

- Growth by M&A is core to their strategy because of market fragmentation

IMO not one to miss.
