Trading of this stock enough to make one sick

Trading of this stock enough to make one sickBeen holding for months , but sold 8500 shares at $3.65 for a small loss but still holding shares, the trading can make one want to throw up, bought 12,000 fobi yesterday ,up 11% today last 20 minutes of trading, thats making some of my loss back, not bragging but glad i sold this one and lots of time to buy back before it ever takes off.
