Benton Resources private placement amendment

2021-11-15 16:15 ET - Private Placement

Further to the bulletin dated Nov. 3, 2021, with respect to the private placement of 5,075,000 flow-through units at a price of 20 cents per flow-through share, the TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that the private placement is for 5,175,000 flow-through units at 20 cents per unit. The unit includes 2,587,500 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,587,500 shares at 30 cents per share for a two-year period.
