I cannot find an article in english or french.

PEA, PCQ, and SQX will get something but not as much as Utica. They were not getting anywhere with development- even before Quebec changes in regulations, then ending the leases.

And whatever PEA can get, they will never see. The creditors in Alberta will get it.

I am not a Lawyer but I would say this ruling is very favourable for PCQ and SQX. They have the largest conventional discovery in Quebec that does not require fracking. With this ruling, I believe they could request production permits under the current law. If Quebec wants to expropriate they'll have to pay considerably in my opinion.
