RE:Not all REIT management teams are brain dead!Correct 100%.    More brain dead than this management team and the SLAM 10% owners,  since they are smart enought to set up a business where with 10% ownership they can collect the managment fees perhaps inperptuity,    are the actuall investors who would give these jokers another dime of additional capital to go out and produce even more unspectacular results.
