RE:Lots of peopleIf Slate got the same relative value to NAV as Cominar did would not we all be selling our share to a $6 cash deal?   Or is it $6.50?

Instead SLAm and the Welch's want to keep this Dog of Dogs of all REIT's going so they can live off of it with the acquisition fees,   the leasing fees,  the manamgnet fees.

I don't know why Artis did not pick this one to buy 10% and call the special meeting and throw the SLAM team and the Welch's to the curb.      This one would have been a cakewalk for any activist investor,  with the Welch's only holding 10%,   and the Manamement Contract up for Renewal 
in 2022!!
