RE:RE:RE:Believe me this was the last blow to this company

RE:RE:RE:Believe me this was the last blow to this company Hey there Salbrom, this is in no way, shape, or form, a large blow to the company. In fact, I don't think it's one at all. They will need some money as they expand Glacial Gold into different provinces, and having this tool at their disposal (which they may or may not fully use, and which can include both shares and/or Debt) will fuel this expansion. As they expand they'll also be making revenue. One thing I know about this company, is that the team is invested both emotionally and financially, and that they will make smart financial decisions to improve the share price. Did you think they'd be able to expand across Canada for free? Also note that the base shelf prospectus applies for a period of 25 months! Raising funds would not happen in one go, and, they may not even use the full $20,000,000. Why wouldn't they want financial tools at their disposal to facilitate rollout by raising money in a smart way? So nothing to worry about here. In fact, I see this as quite positive, because it indicates confidence in their rollout.
