I doubt you will be able to get in at .03 short term. Too many bids in front of you.
If you can afford the possible losses, I would buy at .035 now , averasge down and sit on it for a while.
I own 100,000 at a tad over .04 and will not sell unless we go down to .02 and maybe not even then.
This little start up company is still growing so the upside potential is there, but patience is needed.
With any luck...they get bought tt at .04, .05 or more?
One thing for sure...you dont lose money untill you sell at a loss.
Just my novice opinion.
