You are correct I typed Burnaby by mistake.  It should be Richmond.  Land to build industrial buildings in this area typically goes for about $9 million according to the recent conference call.  Any expansion is extremely cost effective for Nexus and the rents are quite generous.

Nexus will also be building on extra land they own in London in the next year.

Nice to see this internal growth in addition to the ongoing acquisitions.
