RE:Political Risk The political uncertainty became a little clearer as the President of Argentina and his party suffered a major defeat with the loss of power in the Senate . Elections resulted in the both the left and the right gaining power. This creates a bit of a stalemate for the next few months, possibly right up until the Presidential Election in 2022, as the three parties figure out which policies they can move forward and who they want to align themselves with. The socialist president could offer a more populous agenda in an attempt to find a concensus. The conservatives who are market friendly and gained the most will be vying with the hard left who are allied with the vice-president. Its possible no significant legislation will able to get passed. The financial markets see the election results as somewhat positive.
IMO the election results have reduced the risk of investing in Sable at least over the next 10 months or so and potentially make it a very profitable trading opportunity. One should keep in mind the political as the general election will be held on 2 October 2022. Mark that date on your calendar.
