There is, supposedly, some JV agreement with the other TVIRD owners that all parties have to agree on things such as dividends, but I suspect anything Cliff wants, Cliff gets. If you read the MD&A carefully, it does appear TVIRD can pay and has paid dividends, so there's the ca$h. And again, I can't emphasise this enough, it wouldn't even have to be a very big NCIB.
