RE:Logistic difficulties affecting interior BC lumber shipments There is no interest in anyone buying out WEF with all this uncertainty. Even WEF doesn't want to invest further in BC and who would blame them with a provincial government that does not support the industry.
WEF partnered with First Nations for a reason. I think it will prove to be a good strategy but until there's clarity it will continue to under perform.
There was a reason Interfor got out of the coast. Too many headaches.
