Poet closer to 52 wk low than its 52 wk high

Is this normal for such a disruptive stock to be heading south? The markets are at all time highs. Tech stocks are flying but Poet is crashing. Gliver seems to ignore facts and prefers to just attack those with serious concerns and have the facts to back them up. What type of person does this? He is either extremely stupid or extremely dishonest. And then there is the issue of mgt selling. Gliver NEVER addresses that, which makes me think he is extremely dishonest.
