BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. RE:just nuts

RE:just nutsGeez louise! You guys wanted news - I just hope this doesnt distract from yesterday's BIG news about Hexo applying for a trademark on a cbd hand cream.

Say.......remember when I posted about Peter Montour Sr spending a year in jail for smuggling weed? Do you think the Hell's Angels ever get involved with that sort of thing? Anyway - that was a long time ago - you know, before weed was legal.

I dont see the big deal, Hell's Angels are just a motorcycle club, wouldnt having them as an active endorser of Hexo be a good thing, given their international membership? Nothing was happening with Hexo and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
And if they get mad if you wear the patch without being an actual member - is it possible that they ARE actual members? hmmmmmm.

Weed and a motorcycle club - who would have thought
Oh well - i see a huge buying opportunity. Financing next!

just nuts

before anyone believes garbage posted on this board or any other.. ask where the link is to article.. as well ask how morgan stanly bought so much yesturday and totally missed this.. ask how so many other funds missed this .. and jerrynuts stood above them all... as well i have been a biker my entire life.. not a gang member but a biker.. i have known gang members.. and ill tell you that a members coat and patch is sacred.. they do not and would not let anyone wear it.. that would be a big no no.. the member themselves would be in big trouble.. this whole thing seems entirely unlikely .. we would need proof here for one.. secondly.. there would be legal ramifications by hexo..to disolve deal ..recoup cash and shares. would this not be the case.. hence as the shorts would say we would get out of a bad deal.. reduce our share count recoup funds .. point is its not true until proven.. dont panic.. think.. jmho cheers
