Did you note the giggle from the interviewer when Lewis said "the CP list has been a miserable miserable journey."
Lawers and bean counters are doing what they can to stretch out the process as much as they can.

"Imminently" in this case might mean "when these sh*t heads finish their ploy and sign off in full, then it is a done deal.
It is not in the hands of Almonty on this last point, but it is for Plansee.
