Well at this point know one knows what the liability of companys or the insurence companies expoisher to the future,because this is just happening now, but if you read the article its a democrate pushing the bill. if OSHA HAS BACKED OFF that mean's if it is this company's policy the company will be liabil and will break them like the ASBESTOS COMPANIES , OSHA has already put its tail between its legs, because the hand wrighting is on the wall,
