The Two Tom Property includes mineral licenses 027358M and 016522M in Labrador, Canada. The Red Wine property is located 80 km north-east of Churchill Falls, Labrador.

USA Rare Earths is a private company that has intent to go public via a SPAC offering later this year or early 2022. (Could USARE seek to take a larger position in SEARCH MINERALS once a PEA is completed?? (Not so unlike the stake taken in the TMRC project?)
