Be patient. Anybody looking at who is buying and selling? Goldman Sachs Canada is buying everything. 

Two options: - They or one of their clients wants to make the easy min 5% premium for the SP right now.
- One of their clients is a competitor and is loading up to do a counter offer and have a bigger % of the vote before hand.
