Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Jeff, I hate to say but your past tea leaves reading about future share price was so wrong, one advice if you want sharholders to have confindence in you as ceo I would stay away puting out so sky high number, let's past $1.50 which doesn't look it'll happened for some time since we have too many willing sellers at this levels
