RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Can-Er-DUH Needs To Implement This PolicyWrong again fiddy, it doesn't decrease your chances of spreading covid, and even your precious 6 o'clock news has admitted it. Enough with the misinformation on vaccines. Cite your sources! Read! Get involved! This is why people throughout history get screwed by governments. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/oct/28/covid-vaccinated-likely-unjabbed-infect-cohabiters-study-suggests

Because they haven't been vaccinated and are socializing with dozens of other kids each and every day. I can't see Gibraltar being any different. Why ? Because they only just started vaccinating under 15 year olds a couple of weeks ago.
I doubt newborns will be a major source of transmission as they are not of school age and aren't mixing with other kids at the same rate as kids in school are.
Please also remember, getting two jabs doesn't mean you won't get the virus it decreases your chances, but it doesn't eliminate the chance. Further, if you do get the virus when fully vaccinated, chances are you won't wind up in hospital with a breathing tube stuck in every hole.
