Dear Weath:Please consider that Jeff's $16 forecast is based on an approved Sage development with high RE demand and a firm Alberta solar contract with enormous expansion potential.Prior estimates of share price didn't have a contract or an approval and were delayed by corruption or bureaucratic procrastinations .We now have a firm basis for projections and we will see how much a functioning solar co. is worth.
