Andy's Take

Andy's TakeAndy does some nice technical videos but his take on the CRDN report is a bit superficial and he's not reading the tea leaves well on this one.  NXE's application to build a mine is almost certain to be approved but it will be conditional on having only one mill in the Patterson Lake corridor and NXE won't have the exclusive right to operate it. JMO

My guess is that NXE and FCU will each put in some money and form a seperate company that operates a mill and which would be obligated to grant milling rights to other companies in the region that discover deposits in the future.  The Saskatchewan government is not going to license one mill and give NXE exclusive rights to it and shut out everybody else. JMO

A good move for the Dene would be to partner with NXE and FCU on a mill and secure toll revenue and jobs for their people.  JMO
