Dr. Andrew Weaver worked very closely with the two ministers, Heyman and Ralston, on "CleanBC" They all seem to have a lot of respect for each other (see below) and these two now have the power to give us the permit.
Ralston and Heyman know the TRUE story about how and why BKM were denied the permit and how the government stalled.
Plus both Heyman and Ralston are educated. I really have no idea how Coleman, who only attended highschool could become the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Services. What foundation would Coleman have had for even begining to understand a complex engineering report?

He is the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources and has previously served as Minister of Jobs, Trade and Technology.
Minister Ralston brings his understanding of trade and technology to the key priorities of the ministry, which include supporting the implementation of CleanBC – the government’s plan for climate action – and innovation in the clean technology sector.
His experience and relationships will help B.C. reach new markets for its low-carbon products and secure investment in the mining sector. He is the government liaison with the consular corps.
Ralston was born in Victoria and grew up in Vancouver. He has degrees in history and law from the University of British Columbia and a degree in history from the University of Cambridge in England. Previously, he was a practising lawyer for many years.

TORONTO – A pair of B.C. officials have been honoured at the Clean50 awards in Toronto for their efforts to curb climate change by creating the CleanBC plan.
The recipients are George Heyman, B.C.’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, and Andrew Weaver, leader of the BC Green Party who both worked for two years crafting the plan. CleanBC was developed in collaboration with the BC Green Party caucus and supports the commitment in the Confidence and Supply Agreement to implement climate action to meet B.C.’s emission targets.
George has been a faculty member of Simon Fraser University’s Dialogue and Negotiation program, teaching courses in multi-party negotiations and collaborative decision-making. He has guest lectured at several universities in B.C. and abroad and served on advisory committees for post-graduate and undergraduate degree programs at three B.C. universities.

My guess is that it will not be long now, because both Ministers have known about the Morrison fiasco for at least a couple of years.
The EAO sent the file to the Ministers on Nov 9th. My guess is that by Christmas, or even sooner, we will be issued the permit.
