For Nat Gas in Europe Putin said very much the same thing (but of course he's a lying quntt just like DT) "That if the Europeans had guaranteed they would pay for 4 more years of Russian Nat Gas, Russia would have able to invest the $money in the infrastructure & processing, guaranteed that they could sell it at a set price !!"

The stupid Euros thought they would be riding unicorns by now !! Fools.
