RE:RE:RE:Filing of Shelf ProspectusIf we are to trade on the NASDAQ will need to move our $ 3.55 CDN $$$ share price up over $ 5.00+ if you want to attract serious institutional money into the deal. At current levels we are a penny stock to the big boys. They won't touch this deal.
