Its adjusted for non-cash items to account for their purchase price accounting pursuant to IFRS, the $40M is clean gross profit - don't try to be squirrely and say its not real... its absolutely real and growing.

And yes its not profitable but its trending towards profitability and was ahead of analyst predictions on the Adj EBITDA line. All facts.

It really doesn't matter what happens over the next few weeks during this tax loss selling season as long as they don't have to raise funds at these levels.
