The delusion is what you're trying (hard) to sell this board.  Can you advise why you are so adamant about wanting people to sell their shares during the heat of tax loss selling? So you can get a better deal? Or are you short on the story?

BTW, what does their revenue have to do with my statement in relation to gross profit? Their revenues were in excess of $113M for the quarter as they included their entire P&L in their Q3 release but they have low margins and that is why its generally more helpful to look at their business as a multiple of gross profit.

I don't see why they can't be profitable next year on an Adj EBITDA basis.  They aren't that far away and have already reported a number of new deals like their Spotter and premium payment program that will drive new margins.
