Touchstone Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of petroleum and natural gas exploration, development, acquisition and production. The Company is active in onshore properties located in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It operates Trinidad-based upstream petroleum and natural gas activities under state exploration and production licenses with the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI), Lease Operatorship Agreements (LOAs) with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited and private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners. It is focused on onshore oil and natural gas properties located in southern Trinidad. With interests in approximately 145,000 net working interest acres of core exploration and development rights. Its core focus is on exploration and development on the Ortoire block and development production on its five onshore lease operatorship properties (CO-1, WD-4, WD-8, Fyzabad, and Balata East).

Kadiddle astute observation wrt to closing PPS strength.

As someone who follows the trade by trade looking for clues (and possible trends) wrt change in market sentiment, what was significant in the trading leading up to the close was the "absence" of a "price capper" (brokerage previously highlighted).

One can only speculate the basis of the sudden(?) change/swing in "market"sentiment. e.g. North's expectations for H2 2022, unleashed "The Buffet Effect"? Meaning the persistent/sustained buying by SN recently exhausted RB's efforts to "price containment"

Lurk & Learns will always benefit from the share "justification" of major shareholders. In this case while North (only) has a ~ 6 mln share position, the purloiners (allegedly) has a 9% short position that MAY have to be covered.

While the rest of us can only speculate as to the goings on in the background, we might take comfort on the FACT major shareholders COULD have direct access to better FACTS that the small shareholder in a "reliance on experts" sort of clause/justification.

For example, North appears to be very cognizant of the XYZ's of the Royston-1 (to the extent announced in the NR), meaning that there are insiders and A, B & C level shareholders. And to be perfectly clear here I'm, saying that North will have the fiduciary presence & deep pockets to hire (where inhouse capability don't exist) the best industry consultants conversant in 51-101 level analysis.

The other expection is that in order to make 3.5 decades the cornerstone of your legacy, one should at least hire a La Romain based "outfit", to give multi level assessments. i.e. during drilling, early indicators, and pre announcement, in a repositioning (post March 31st) to "underpromise over deliver type of repositioning",

See also the reasons why the NGC, Heritage and Dr Rowley's party has some "one upmanship" to exact on the former regime.

BWDIK? Pro is speculating that Nov 26th or thereabouts will be significant re Test#2. Meaning from all indication to date the "pre binary" and queueing (for shares by SN) theory seems to favour the "positive" outcome.that most of us are hoping for.
