RE:RE:THE FACTSThere are numerous factors that do not show a prospective outlook for SPR moving forward.

1. Is the mounting imbalance between assets and liabilities. Death notice.
2. Debt that is being provided to Sproutly via Infusion BioSciences is all "secured" against the few remaining assets. These loans now exceed the value of the assets. If this goes bankrupt Sen (Infusion Bio) will retain everything, shareholders get nothing, Sen resurrects under a different entity. Your screwed.
3. Beverage formulations were submitted to HC in May and in October Sen is talking about building formulations with a LOI under Kingston Cannabis. This is merely more BS delay tactics by Sen. If the formulations were submitted and approved why are they not going to market thru Kingston four months ago?
