Buyout or someone taking a 10% position in CNC

Buyout or someone taking a 10% position in CNCI see a halt in the morning well before the markets open, than a news release before the Conf. call. I think it is someone like Glencore taking a position in the company and if they want 10% they will need to pay a high premium for it. 10% would be 35-40 million?? or is it a complete buyout for starting offer in the area of 1 Billion dollars, that would be around 12 dollars per share, hopefully its closer to $15-$18 per share.anything above that would be over the moon but we can always hope. We could be halted for the whole day if the news is big enough. We have all weekend to dream about what is going to happen, hopefully we will not be disappointed. I don't think we will be.
