RE:RE:RE:Volume Pickup

RE:RE:RE:Volume PickupThanks O, for the insightful comments.  Yes it seems as though this co. will not initiate anything and that we are all just waiting for Godot. Whether that be the passing away of an original owner or some other event, it would seem that outside events will dictate future actions. It also seems pretty obvious that this company is not growing or developing...just reducing assets from time to time to cover cash flow needs (pay the dividend without going into debt). The end game would seem to be a sale of assets and winding up of the company at some point, as far as I can tell given the paucity of info available to shareholders.
As shareholders, I guess we should be happy to keep receiving solid dividends while waiting for the final pay-off which could come when the assets and/or company are sold (given that the NAV per share seems to be greater than the sp at this time).
If anyone wishes to correct/add to this attempt at an overview please feel free. This is all just my uneducated guesswork based on very little publicly available info.
All imho.
