So, once again, not to spam these boards --- but by deduction we can figure out that whoever is selling it down is a previous investor, not someone trying to destroy the SP outright, which would not be in their interest.

It isn't affinity because if you include warrants they still own more than 10% of the float and no disclosures have been made.

It means it is one of the firms who has done a PP with them. The question is why a previous firm would be selling at a price this low when commercialization is only months away, unless they've taken a bearish turn on the company in general.
