Sunday reminder........
I think its time for a nice big fat Sunday reminder of exactly what TXP has and might have.
TXP currently have a Legacy Oil licenses in the South West of Trinidad currently producing around the 1350bopd of oil They have over 200 drill locations down there to keep those fields ticking along nicely and generating cash that covers the overheads.
Ongoing drilling program should take that up to around 1900 to 2000 bopd by January 2022.
TXP currently has Coho-1 gas discovery that is being connected up and will go online early in 2022 (that means most likely late Jan or Feb). This will basically double their current production from the above 1900bopd to then 3800 boepd.
Cascadura EIA is in progress. The EIA covers the surface facilities and oil pipeline and future development wells at 2 new drilling pads, B and C. Cascadura gas pipeline is done by the NGC and they have permission to commence - it remains to be seen if the current crew installing Coho gas pipeline will simply move down the road and install Cascadura gas pipeline as soon as Coho is finished.
Cascadura should be online latest end of June 2022. Initial 90mmscf capacity (thats 17,000 boepd equivalent) plus liquids on top of that. The liquids be collected and sent off by truck for sale whilst the oil pipeline is installed later.
Chinook is a significant oil discovery in its own right. The sub thrust was drilled below the OWC. The Herrera sheets were damaged during drilling/completion and failed to flow. They have "development" locations planned up to 1000 feet vertically updip - these will be drilled in 2023 which is when Chinook will finally deliver what is holding back. Oil produced from Chinook will go into the Cascadura oil pipeline and so there is no benefit drilling Chinook until after Cascadura oil pipeline is completed which is why its 2023 for Chinooks next drilling.
Royston is already a significant oil discovery in the Intermediate Sheet. Its been drilled downdip but did not encounter the OWC and also was still in pay at TD. Again updip there looks to be up to 700 feet of pay and downdip further more still. Just how big Royston Intermediate sheet oil discovery is will only become apparent when Krakken-1 is drilled as Krakken-1 will go through the whole of the Herrera sheets in a better location and reveal just how big Royston oil is - possibly 100 to 150 MMBO recoverable. (Onshore costs means as a rule of thumb onshore is worth 5 times offshore - so 150 MMBO onshore would be the same as 750 MMBO offshore)
Royston gas - is now in process of testing with results expected week commencing Monday 29th of November. Royston could yield 1 TCF to 2 TCF of gas for basically peanuts development costs - onshore again......
And that is just where we are now today.
Ahead in 2022 lies Steelhead-1 drilling, Gaubine-1 drilling and also the big Krakken-1 drilling.
Krakken-1 lies below Royston and is on trend with Guyana Liza type Cretaceous discoveries. Krakken-1 will not only appraise the current oil and gas discoveries of Rosyton-1 and reveal how much oil is in Royston, but also it targets a massive Cretaceous prospect that might yield a billion barrels just like Liza........
Cascadura was said to enable TXP to have a wall of cash coming in in 2022, and it will.
Royston (pending good gas results) will turn the wall of cash into an avalanche of cash in 2023.
Ok, job done, I have reminded myself of why I should keep accumulating TXP and holding long term.
