IMO the problem one day will be solved with a hydrogen fuel cell and a super capacitor - and EXRO managing the motor of course.

As an aside the battery pack is by far the biggest single cost component in these vehicles. It is also the biggest single weight factor. Some day, some way, this has to change. And that is not to mention the danger aspect of lithium batteries - that's another matter.
