Argon12 - I agree with you this is most frustrating stock Ihave ever held.

After one year after paying minority shareholders $ 2.42 to close deal and 27.5 billlion in wealth managment the stock at $1.98. Unbeleivable management.

Canaccord offered $2.34 and was prepared to increase offer to $2.75 and management BOD stated offer was to low.

Our shares sit at $ 1.98 and management does nothing. To invest in shares they should declare dividend for investors but yet they want to pay ridiculous fees and salary to senior managment and advisors.
