RE:RE:RE:nomorerollbacks
Walking is so good for us. Fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes, natural grains in our diets, reduction of salt, sugar, processed fats and oils. Things don't need to be absolute - less processed, more simple great seasonal fresh food. More physical activity - walking, biking, gentle sporting or outdoor activities like golf or biking, yoga and Pilates for flexibility, core strength and better over physical feelings. Make time for regular proper sleeping too - getting by on too little sleep is terrible for your health. Little steps in diet, movement, lifestyle can add up to feeling a lot better and being more resilient and resistant to many common diseases and age-related deterioration of good health. No question.
I have way too many friends who are battling cancer, it's an epidemic in older people. Decades of exposure to inorganic chemicals, processed factory foods, whatever trace chemistry we ingest or are exposed to in modern city air. Surely cancer, diabetes and heart disease and chemistry are related. While we can't beat genetic predisposition, we can improve our diets and introduce light regular exercise and fresh air to our lives.
Given these long waits for the gold market to leg up on its continued huge bull run from 2002, we may need some longevity to enjoy the rewards of our foresight!
Good luck and health to all.
