RE:RE:RE:Happy holidays!Back in the days when the large dividends were made the primary alternative for the underground was a different type which needed significantly less investment (but would have been more expensive to run).
Anyway, that is all water under the bridge now. Important though is that they have fixed the financing and started to build the underground now.
